What the developer "says"

"Revenue from warehouse will lower your tax bill."

  • A current traffic study was NOT Conducted
  • GPS does not prevent trucks from driving through town
  • Expect to compete with hundres of new warehouse commuters!

what the developer "says"

"There will be limited traffic impact on the community"
